Wine & Yoga Club FAQs

  • We help health-conscious women find connection, balance, and alignment—without the pressure of perfection. Think yoga, mindful living, and fun social experiences (yes, sometimes with wine 🍷).

  • Not at all! Wine is just one of the ways we celebrate connection. Whether you sip, skip, or swap it for tea, you’re welcome here.

  • Nope! Our classes and retreats are designed for all levels—from absolute beginners to longtime yogis. It’s about movement, breath, and fun—not perfect poses.

  • We host yoga classes (including special series at Saskatoon Farm), retreats and festivals, a library of recorded yoga classes and courses, and fun social events like sip & bends, spa days, and wine tastings.

  • We’re more than yoga—we’re a community. Our gatherings mix mindful movement with real-life connection, laughter, and experiences that feel like a getaway from the everyday.

  • Absolutely! Many women come solo and leave with new friends. This community is designed to make everyone feel welcome.

  • You can purchase recorded yoga classes and courses anytime from our online library. A membership option is also in the works for ongoing access.

  • We host regular classes at Saskatoon Farm, larger retreats and festivals in Banff and other destinations, and occasional pop-up experiences locally.
