No problem! Non-alcoholic beverages are always available. We are a group of easy-going people just enjoying the journey and supporting each other in living our personal versions of balanced. Many of our club members don’t drink.

Perfect! This is a great way to get introduced to yoga and we get a lot of beginners joining us. We have a range of classes available including ones specifically for beginners.

On each of the 3 days there will be Meet & Mingles in the Wine Cellar that will include generous hors d’oeuvres elegantly served with wine. Each guest will have a minimum of 3 pours per day.
A breakfast buffet is included on Saturday and Sunday.

Each day is divided into time blocks; for each block you can choose which space you want to
attend. The Yoga Hall has the mat-based experiences (yoga, sound baths, sip & bends). The
Presentation Room has wellness education/workshops with expert speakers on things like
women’s health, body awareness and personal development. The Wine Cellar has wine tastings,
mixology classes, receptions and mingles. The Round Table Room has space for intimate
discussions hosted by our experts and hands on options like chakra jewelry making. The
Mountain Meadow will have movement & meditations. We have packed in the value so you can
tailor your weekend perfectly for you.

First come first serve for all classes and events. Pre-registration is required. Early Birds will get first access.
We reserve the right to change schedules and/or teachers as needed.
Anyone participating in a Wine & Yoga Signature class, or any event that includes alcohol provided by the Wine & Yoga Club, must be a Wine & Yoga Club member. Membership is free but required to accommodate liquor laws. We will need your name, address, age and contact information as well as a waiver signed before participation.
Anyone arriving to a class intoxicated will be denied entry. We do NOT recommend drinking any alcohol prior to attending any yoga class. If you are denied entry due to intoxication, your class voucher will be forfeit with no refund.
We reserve the right to deny return entry to any participant exhibiting behaviors we, at our sole discretion, determine to be interfering with the safety or enjoyment of our other guests or staff. This may include: lewd or dangerous behavior, hostility, verbal abuse or extreme intoxication. No refunds will be issued.
All participants must be of legal drinking age in the province of Alberta.
Every participant in the festival will be required to sign a waiver and release of liability prior to participation.
We assume no liability for any misuse of our Facebook page. Please use appropriate cautions when arranging to meet fellow users.
Refunds for most ticket options are available up to 30 days prior to the event minus a $10 administration fee. Payments made on the Early Bird Payment Plan option or discounted tickets are non-refundable.
About Our Organizer
Our main event organizer is Shawna Z, founder of the Wine & Yoga Club.
Shawna has taken her passion for life, travel, food, wine, yoga, inspirational quotes, funny jokes and human connection and turned it into her life’s work.
She founded the Wine & Yoga Club to connect great people - to themselves and each other -and to the resources they need to truly enjoy life.
Her philosophy: Life is short. Eat the chocolate. Drink the wine. Balance that with a healthy dose of great wellness habits.
