Full payment is due at the time of registration.
Minimum registration is required for classes, workshops and events to run. We will give you at least 3 days’ notice and your money back if we need to cancel due to lack of registration.
Classes, workshops and events are non-refundable but they are transferable. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, if you can no longer attend your class, workshop of event then Wine and Yoga Club would love for you to introduce us to one of your friends – so long as they meet the requirements of the class, workshop or event.
Refunds, credit notes or make-up classes are not available for missed classes, workshops or events. Late arrival for classes disrupts the other students and the flow or the class. Students who arrive past the start time of the class, workshop or event may not be able to enter and will have to miss the class without receiving a refund, credit or make-up class.

A non-refundable 10% deposit is due at the time of booking.
If Wine and Yoga Club is booking the venue on your behalf then the full venue booking fee is due when the booking is made and is subject to the refund and cancellation policies of said venue.
Full payment is due 10 days prior to the event. Wine and Yoga Club reserves the right to cancel the booking if full payment has not been received by this time.
Cancellations made 14 days prior to the event will receive a refund minus the 10% deposit and any non-refundable fees associated with the venue or items purchased to accommodate the event.
Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event will not receive a refund.

Full payment is due prior to the beginning of the class.

Classes booked through associate vendors are subject to the payment, cancellation and refund policies of the vendor taking the registration. This includes but is not limited to The Town of Okotoks, Crescent Point Regional Field House or any other venue that hires Wine and Yoga Club as a contractor.

At this time all merchandise purchases are considered final sale. Refunds and exchanges are not available for retail merchandise. That doesn’t mean that we won’t do our best to make you happy; if you have made a purchase that wasn’t quite perfect then please let us know and we will see what we can do.

Wine and Yoga Club will never force any person to participate in any of our classes, workshops, events or any other yoga/fitness related activity. Even if you are in one of our classes, workshops or events, the level of your participation is completely up to you. You and you alone, must decide what poses, positions or other aspects of a class are safe for you to do. Please consult with your health care provider prior to attending one of our classes, workshops or events. Wine and Yoga Club teachers are not health care providers and cannot provide health care advice.
Wine and Yoga Club instructors will offer SUGGESTIONS as to how you might want to move your body, however, only you can feel what is happening in your body and if something does not feel right. As a yoga practitioner, you assume all risks of injury or loss relating to your yoga practice. Wine and Yoga Club and/or its teachers, owners, managers, employees or service providers cannot be held liable for any injury or loss you incur while participating in any Wine and Yoga Club related activity.
All Wine and Yoga Club students are required to sign a Liability Release form prior to practicing yoga with us. Furthermore, all students must agree that they have no physical limitations that would prevent them from safely participating in a yoga activity. It is the student’s responsibility to monitor his or her physical wellbeing prior to, during and after every activity related to Wine and Yoga Club.
Anyone under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by their parent or guardian.
By signing up for and/or attending one of our classes, workshops, events or other services, you agree thatWine and Yoga Club, its directors, owners, managers, teachers, employees and service providers are released from all liability regarding any injuring to self or child as well as any loss or damage to personal property.
On occasion, we may have to revise or adjust our policies. It is the student’s responsibility to use this website to keep up to date with any changes or revisions.

Your privacy is respected with Wine and Yoga Club! We hope that you will sign up for our newsletter and follow us on social media because you LOVE what we have to offer. If you change your mind later then you can easily choose to opt out.
We will never share trade, sell, rent or otherwise do anything unethical with your information.
We use a secure web provider and only well-established and trustworthy partners for payments and bookings.

Have you seen us out there filming the world? Wine and Yoga Club teachers are not shy to get a crowd going! You may have seen us spontaneously engaging in random mini yoga sessions in all kinds of interesting places. Please be assured that we always make a point of letting people know that we are filming for our website or social media – the response usually includes some kind of eye twinkle, smile and fantastic cooperation. If not, we move on.
Rest assured we are careful about what we post and we would never post a picture if we felt that it might make someone feel unhappy or uncomfortable about it in any way.
Photography is not permitted during a Wine and Yoga Club class. Our students can feel confident that they can practice in peace with us and not worry about a potential camera in the room.

Share the LOVE! Wine and Yoga Club strives to introduce as many people as possible to our brand of yoga. If you love your Gypsy Souls Class then tell a friend! If your friend books with us too then you will be entered into a draw to earn FREE STUFF!
The FREE STUFF will depend on the time of year and how many entries there are. It could be a free class, admission to one of our workshops, a free base birthday party package or some other great prize. Draws will take place once at the end of each season (Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer).
Just sign up to be part of the program and start tracking each person who books with us because of your referral.
Referrals are considered new clients of Wine and Yoga Club who have not previously had any contact with us.

Just because you can’t find someone brand new to introduce to us doesn’t mean that we don’t still appreciate your loyalty! Sign up for our rewards program and get the LOVE and APPRECIATION that you deserve.
Once a year we will do a draw for a GREAT PRIZE! Every time you come to a class, workshop or Wine and Yoga Club Event then you will get an entry into the next draw. The more you attend the more entries you get!
The draw will be held on June 1 of each year. The GREAT PRIZE item will be announced one month prior.
The CATCH: students are responsible for tracking their own attendance. We trust you. A reasonable number of entries will not be questioned. We do reserve the right to confirm attendance if your number of entries seems extremely unreasonable to us. All entries must be submitted to us prior to the draw date and include entries earned since the date of the last draw up until the current draw date. Entries are to be submitted by emailing info@wineandyoga.com with the Subject “Rewards Program Draw” and include the number of entries you are claiming.
YES, classes registered through our associate vendors count and should definitely be included in your entries!
